Responsibilities
- Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by following visual merchandising standards and restocking inventory as needed.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including floor counts, safe drops, and lock-up security checks.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with team members to support special events, seasonal sales, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a quick learning curve are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform cash handling and inventory management with high accuracy.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise throughout the store.
