Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and sales assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation excellence
- Operate opening/closing procedures including inventory reconciliation and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets during peak weekend and evening rushes
- Process stockroom inventory and ensure product availability for high-demand items
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (3-11 PM) and weekend rotations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
