Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, fitting assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell products to meet/exceed targets
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hours/week)
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled students welcome
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Fresno location
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn product knowledge
