- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to diverse clientele
- Operate POS systems efficiently, processing transactions and returns accurately
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store aesthetic
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Maintain immaculate store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for fashion/lifestyle products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
