Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain store aesthetic and product presentation
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Actively participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly
- Passion for fashion and local Raleigh businesses
- Previous POS system experience a plus
