Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling advice to drive sales and build client loyalty
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Uphold visual standards through consistent floor sets and displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
- Contribute to team goals through collaborative selling efforts
- Execute loss prevention procedures to protect store assets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (Fri-Sun required)
- Basic math aptitude for POS transactions

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
