Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist customers with selections, purchases, and returns
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor, displays, and checkout areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop retail skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (open to current students)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math abilities for handling transactions
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
