Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising: create eye-catching displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Inventory management: receive stock, organize displays, and conduct cycle counts
- Support team goals by achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
