Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for fashion trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for POS transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to Westheimer Road location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
