Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile to ensure a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and handle customer inquiries.
- Communicate product knowledge, features, and promotions to potential buyers.
- Maintain inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
