As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and supporting the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
