Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
