Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS system
- Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in team huddles and store operations meetings
- Support visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to shift locations
