- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by adhering to merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and safe for customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on diplomacy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
