Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Washington, DC location.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
