Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Merchandise and visually arrange products to maximize appeal and brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Support seasonal promotions and special events with enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (6+ months)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn product details
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for 15-25 hours per week including evenings
