Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using our POS system.
- Organize and stock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on total satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in strict compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
