Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floor sets, and window displays
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Adhere to all safety, loss prevention, and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile devices and willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion/trends
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
