Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist customers in locating products and offer personalized recommendations.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized and visually appealing.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
