What You'll Do
As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Core Duties Include:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
