Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently while minimizing errors.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a history of good attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
