Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling transactions and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking pristine.
- Organize the stockroom and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Clean and organize the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms regularly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems is highly desirable.
