Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory control including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Visual merchandising to maintain attractive displays and store aesthetics
- Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
