Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering product-related inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Support promotional events, seasonal sales, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Identify customer needs and suggest add-on sales or complementary products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
