Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards for store displays and inventory
- Assist with stock receiving, organization, and inventory control
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
