Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing exceptional service and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
