Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to maximize product visibility
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
