Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering their questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the stockroom.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays.
