Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and managing transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain the store's visual standards and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
