Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile to ensure a positive first impression.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure product availability.
- Process returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
