Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately at the register using POS systems and handle returns.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with floor managers and colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Support: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized shopping environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
