Responsibilities

- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Support visual standards through regular floor recovery and presentation upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
