Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Assist with visual merchandising, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Participate in store events and weekend promotional activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail floor
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Philadelphia-area college/university (students welcome!)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Basic math skills and comfort with digital payment systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania ID and reliable transportation
