Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service throughout their shopping journey
- Process transactions accurately using POS systemsAssist with inventory management and store merchandising
- Answer product questions and recommend solutions
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with staff to achieve store sales goals
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (10-20 hours/week)
- No prior retail experience required – training provided!
