Your Role
As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and answers to inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and receiving shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
