Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute store events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a strong passion for customer service is a must.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable access to transportation.
