Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and product displays.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
