Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and expert advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (2-4 hours at a time).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
