What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns.
- Assist with merchandise receiving, stocking, folding, and organizing to maintain optimal store presentation.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, sizing, and availability.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail.
