Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a smile and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with restocking, folding, and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.
- Process returns, exchanges, and damages in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications.
- A keen eye for fashion and detail.
