Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stock rooms to optimize efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Clean and organize the sales floor and fitting rooms to maintain a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
