Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with precision.
- Maintain inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
