Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with finding products to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
- Operate the cash register and POS systems accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all company safety and sanitation protocols.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
