Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Stock shelves, display merchandise, and ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and cash registers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
