Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Assist with inventory management and product returns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
