Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, providing personalized recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
