Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a neat, organized, and visually appealing presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product details, availability, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-6 hours) during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer navigation.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
