Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and style consultation
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Manage inventory through receiving, stockroom organization, and cycle counts
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
