Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and folding clothes.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and organizing the stockroom.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate daily operations.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
