Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to create compelling in-store displays that drive sales
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and markdown coordination
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while representing our brand values
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays including Black Friday
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive, adaptable attitude thriving in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
